All Care Services is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across the Saltdean and surrounding areas, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship. Full training is provided, with flexible hours and opportunities for progression in a local, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Drivers with a Full UK licence are welcome; non-drivers also considered with a local transport allowance.

Location: Across Brighton, Hove, Woodingdean, Lewes, Saltdean and Eastbourne

Salary: £13.45 - £15.75 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance, non-drivers also welcome as we provide a free local bus pass to support your travel.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
