Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to deliver person-centred care in a welcoming setting. You will help with personal care, meals, and daily routines, ensuring residents retain dignity and individuality.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide full training. Successful candidates require references, a PVG check, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the UK and obtain PVG check.
• Experience in care is welcome but not required; full training provided.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
