Job summary

BCG is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our care home team in Scotland. You will provide person-centred care, helping residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and individuality. Training is provided, and the role requires flexibility to work shifts.

Successful candidates will undergo references and PVG checks and must be authorized to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
