Job summary

Bluebird Care Dudley, Kidderminster & Malvern is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team across Kingswinford, Stourbridge and Halesowen areas. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and help maintain independence for our clients.

From £13.25 per hour plus paid travel, we offer full training, ongoing support, and a friendly, inclusive team. DBS checks and references are conducted in line with government regulations.

Qualifications

• A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prep, nutrition and hydration.
• Support with medications, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housekeeping and laundry tasks.

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
