Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Dorset. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship, bringing dignity and joy to clients’ lives while building a rewarding career in care. Key benefits include fully funded professional training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts to fit around you, a refer-a-friend scheme, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes.
