Confidential in Dartford is seeking a Care Assistant to help the elderly and those with dementia achieve greater independence. The role offers flexibility around hours and availability.

You will coordinate daily living tasks, personal care, and community activity support in a person-centred environment. Ideal candidates have a friendly, caring approach, patience, reliability and the ability to work well in a team or alone.

Formación

• Experience with elderly care and/or dementia desirable.
• Genuine desire to help others and a person-centred approach.
• Professional, reliable and flexible attitude, able to work solo or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning and personal care.
• Provide travel escorts and support for accessing community activities.
• Support independence and encourage participation in activities with sensitivity to individual needs.
