Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in the St Leonards-on-Sea area. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and contribute to improved wellbeing, with guaranteed contracted hours and pay from £14.50–£15.50 per hour.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. No experience is necessary as a comprehensive training programme is provided, and weekend work may be required on a rotational basis.

to join our great team of Care Assistants here at Care Outlook to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in their own homes in the St Leonards-on-Sea area.

We may, however, consider candidates already living in the UK with valid immigration permission who are eligible to switch into the Skilled Worker route under the current transitional arrangements. Hours of availability for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
