Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care Assistant at Springs Court, Cottingham. You will support residents to live independently within a modern estate, performing light domestic duties and coordinating activities. Training is provided to help you grow in a friendly, resident-focused team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in UK health and social care, with a caring, team-oriented mindset. Weekend/evening shifts may apply; sponsorship is not available.

Position Details

• Hours: 16 hours per week. (to be discussed with the manager)
• Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 *depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.
