Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Officer for our Edinburgh service. The role requires delivering high quality care at home, excellent communication, and a focus on positive outcomes for colleagues, staff and service users.

There is an on-call requirement with additional payments to the base salary. The successful candidate will join a progressive, supportive organisation and help shape the services we provide to clients across Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Client assessments and care planning with a focus on outcomes.

• Participating in the branch's out of hours on-call system (enhanced payment).
• Improving the quality of service to service users and staff.

Ideally, the candidate will have;

• Good geographical knowledge of Edinburgh- North and South.
• Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
• Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
• A valid driving license and own transport is required- with business insurance
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this.
