Your responsibilities include:

• Providing high standards of clinical, social, and emotional care tailored to residents' needs
• Supporting residents with various requirements, from companionship to personal care
• Assisting nurses or senior care assistants in monitoring residents and reporting changes
• Communicating effectively with residents’ families, friends, and healthcare professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for motivated, positive individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who understand the importance of caring. Whether experienced or new to the sector, we will provide training and support, including on our new digital care systems, to help you develop your skills.
