TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a nursing home in Christchurch, Dorset. The role involves providing high-quality care, assisting with personal tasks, and supporting residents’ daily routines in a seaside setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication. Permanent, full-time positions with day or night shifts are available.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Christchurch, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This nursing home specialises in nursing and dementia care from a fabulous location that makes for a popular seaside retreat for individuals

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:

Benefits

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum.
