Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your duties include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meal support.
You will deliver compassionate care that respects residents' dignity and individuality. This includes helping those with limited mobility, providing emotional support, and caring for residents at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake related ongoing education, with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
