Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes.

We are recruiting a Care Assistant (Part Time & Full Time hours available, Day shifts available) at Healthcare Assistants. The Old Vicarage is a charming 44-bed quality residential home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, offering affordable and high-quality care.

Our Care Assistants play a vital role in our residents' daily lives. With Adept's support, you will offer emotional and physical support to residents, assisting with meal times, personal care, leisure activities, and more. We expect you to treat residents with the same kindness and compassion as you would your own loved ones.

You will receive a thorough induction, including online and face-to-face training, supported by our experienced mentors. Our Training Manager and Dementia Manager are available to facilitate additional training to help you reach your full potential and advance your career.

About the Care Assistant role:

• Salary of £12.36 per hour
• Choose between 22 to 44 hours a week (or more if desired)
• Day Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
