Main duties of the jobAs a Care Assistant - Nights, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be part of a supportive and inspiring environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
