Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited is seeking carers for Chester to provide comprehensive care including nutrition and medication administration via transjejunal tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care, plus meaningful companionship. You will support a client who is non-verbal but enjoys sensory activities and painting, with your presence bringing joy and connection.

Full nurse-led training is provided; prior care experience is desirable but not required.
