Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking compassionate care workers to support clients in Burntwood and surrounding areas. You will perform daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help in meal preparation and personal care during AM/PM rounds.

Drivers with own car and business insurance are essential. We offer consistent shifts, paid holidays, plus access to nationally recognised NVQ qualifications to support your career in care.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and encouragement
• Encouraging clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
