Job summary

Universal Care Services in Worcester and the surrounding areas is seeking caring individuals to join our community-based care team. You will support clients with daily living activities, meal prep, medication prompts and companionship, while upholding dignity and respect in every visit.

We offer guaranteed hours for both full-time and part-time roles, clear shift patterns, training with funded care certificates, and opportunities for career development.
