Job summary

Agincare in Bristol is hiring a Home Carer to support clients at home with daily routines and personal care. You’ll provide companionship, assist with meals and medication, and help clients maintain independence with dignity.

We offer funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, and a welcome bonus (£500) with a refer-a-friend scheme. A full UK driving licence and weekend availability are required.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
