Job summary

CCH Group's Advantage Healthcare team in Bridgend is seeking a compassionate support worker to care for a young man with complex needs. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, moving and handling, and support with clinical requirements.

No experience is required; training will be provided. Reliability, punctuality, good communication, dignity, and accurate record-keeping are essential, and full DBS clearance is provided with paid induction and clear progression opportunities within

Qualifications

• You would not require any experience to apply for this role, however experience with PEGfeeding, Medication administration, epilepsy and seizures would be beneficial.
• What you will need: to be reliable and punctual, have excellent communication skills, promote choice, respect, and dignity, and be able to record information accurately, clearly, and promptly.

• Provide care for a young man with complex requirements, including day-to-day activities, personal care, moving and handling, and assisting with all clinical requirements.

Pay: £14.70 days £15.20 Nights and Weekends

Shifts:8-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated support worker to provide care for a young man with complex requirements. This will involve providing support with day to day activities, personal care, moving and handling and assisting with all clinical requirements.
