Job summary

This Care Assistant role is based in the residential care team at Westbourne Tower Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare. It focuses on personal care and continuity of care, while monitoring residents for clinical risks and escalating concerns.

No previous experience is required, and induction and training are provided to support residents’ independence and dignity. Applicants need a DBS disclosure and proof of eligibility to work in the UK, with Avery covering the DBS cost.
