Job Description
What you’ll do?

Our care assistants are extraordinary people who do meaningful everyday tasks for our clients. Supporting vulnerable individuals to live safer, supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You’ll also help with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication management. You’ll be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers. Our mobile care app will help reduce paperwork and enable high-quality care. Every day will present new challenges, but you will be making a positive difference in your clients’ lives.
