Job description

We are proud to say that we pay our Care Assistants £13.43 per hour on weekdays, £14.63 per hour on weekends, £26.86 per hour for Bank Holidays, £12.21 per hour for Travel time, and 39p per mile for Mileage, with real career progression. Bluebird Care Sussex Weald is looking for committed and reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families.
• Drive to clients' homes as needed, providing home care services with compassion.
• Utilize IT skills to manage schedules and documentation efficiently.
• Foster a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.

What You'll Need

• Full Driving Licence
• Access to your vehicle, which you must insure for business use.
