Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to provide companionship and support in customers' homes. You don't need previous care experience; training is provided to help you thrive in a rewarding role focused on dignity and independence.

You'll support daily living, personal care and mobility, with flexible shifts and opportunities for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs to help customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to prescriptions.
