Connected Health is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. No prior experience required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided.

You will assist with daily living in clients' homes, maintaining dignity and safety, while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts, a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months, and opportunities for career growth and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to own car.
• Available to work alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily living support following each service user's care plan.
• Respect service users' dignity, independence and choices.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report changes in a service user's condition to the supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, health and safety, and on-call guidance.
• Complete required documentation including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain and develop knowledge through ongoing training.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Service Manager.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in homecare is helpful but not essential
• Communication Skills: Good standard of English, both written and spoken
• Driver Requirement: Must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user's individual care plan, preferences and needs.
• Respect service users' dignity, independence and choices at all times.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report any changes in a service user's condition or circumstances to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, procedures, Health and Safety requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all required documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings as required.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager, following any required training.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
