Quantum Care is recruiting dedicated care assistants to support older residents with personal care, meals and daily activities at our homes. You will help residents maintain independence, follow care plans and build respectful relationships with families and colleagues.

Paid induction, ongoing learning opportunities, and access to training to achieve industry-recognised qualifications are provided. Shifts include weekends and bank holidays in a 24/7 operation.

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional care.
• Support residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Follow individual care plans and document appropriately.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
• Attend induction and ongoing training to develop skills.

• Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person- centred care
  It is not necessary to have previous experience of working in a similar care environment because, as long as you are an empathetic individual who has a positive attitude and good communication skills, our first-class training will do the rest.
• You will be able to undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect in order to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
• Our staff have access to first class induction training and ongoing learning and development opportunities including the opportunity to work towards industry recognised qualifications.
• Our Homes operate on a 24/7, 365-day basis therefore you will need to be able to work shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
