CCH is seeking dedicated care professionals to join Maidstone Complex SCP in Lyminge. You will support a young adult with a spinal injury and complex needs, delivering compassionate, person-centered care across day and night shifts and working alongside our nursing team.

Key duties include bowel management and moving & handling, with responsibilities extending to assisting on invasive tasks where required. We offer a free DBS check, paid induction, clear career progression, and family-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Knowledge of bowel management and moving & handling equipment.
• Ability to work with registered nurses and care staff.

Responsibilities

• Support a young adult with spinal injury and complex needs on day and night shifts.

Shifts Available:8 am - 8 pm Days | 8 pm - 8 am Nights (Sleeper Shifts)

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you'll do

The client is a young adult who has sustained a spinal injury, and due to this, the client would require several complex needs that need to be met, such as:

• Bowel Management
• Moving &Handling

You will also be required to assist our registered general nurses on shift in the following, where needed:

• Invasive Ventilation
• Cough Assist
