Job summary

CCH Maidstone Complex SCP in Kent is seeking compassionate care professionals to join our growing complex care team in Lyminge. You will support a young adult client with spinal injuries on day and night shifts, including bowel management and moving & handling, with nurse support on shift.

No prior complex care experience required; full training, DBS paid, and clear progression into leadership roles. Driver-friendly role with full UK licence and access to your own vehicle, plus opportunities to

Shifts Available:8 am - 8 pm Days | 8 pm - 8 am Nights (Sleeper Shifts)

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you'll do

The client is a young adult who has sustained a spinal injury, and due to this, the client would require several complex needs that need to be met, such as:

• Bowel Management
• Moving &Handling

You will also be required to assist our registered general nurses on shift in the following, where needed:

• Invasive Ventilation
• Cough Assist
