Job summary

Hampshire County Council in Marlfield, Alton, is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate care in our older adults' homes. The role focuses on daily living support, personal care and ensuring residents' comfort, safety and wellbeing.

You may be a school or college leaver taking your first step in social care; values and motivation matter most. Weekend and bank holiday work may be required with enhancements according to the policy.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
