Job summary

Community Care Live is seeking Day and Night Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care in our elder care setting. You will help residents with daily living, provide person-centred care, and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Your role focuses on compassion, reliability and clear communication, with opportunities to work weekend and bank holidays, supported by a friendly team and ongoing learning.

  • Supportdailyliving: Help with daily activities including personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents.
  • Supportat night: Help with activities including personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residentsat night.
  • Provide person-centredcare: Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident. Promoteindependence: Encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
  • Buildrelationships: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
