Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking Care Assistants to support older adults in their homes and care settings. You will help with daily living, ensure comfort and safety, and deliver person-centred care tailored to each resident’s needs.

Weekend and bank holiday work is expected, with enhancements in line with policy. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not offered. Applications are reviewed within two weeks of the closing date.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social care isn’t essential; values and motivation matter.
  • Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to deliver person-centred care.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
