Job summary

Abacare Limited in Abergele is seeking caring individuals to join our home care team. As a Care Assistant you will support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication under care plans.

This role requires a driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with pay £13.45 per hour plus mileage.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care, helping clients bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication.
• Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to live safely at home according to care plans.
• Assist with daily living tasks and medication administration as required.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour plus mileage

Shifts available: Part time and full time shift patterns available

Qualifications
