The Role
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents, including assisting with physical and personal care, and supporting social activities. You will promote and enhance the physical and emotional well-being of residents, encouraging independence and self-confidence.
About You
You should have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care. Being friendly and approachable is essential for effective communication with residents and colleagues. Ideally, you will possess a care certificate or be open to undertaking the qualification. Flexibility with hours is important, as you'll work on a rota basis with the need to cover alternate weekends.
