Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Leicestershire. Join a friendly team and receive comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and real opportunities to make a difference in your community.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medication prompts, and household tasks while promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care. Right to work in the UK and a valid driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to remain independent in their own homes, promoting dignity, wellbeing and choice.
• Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Supporting mobility and safe use of equipment.
• Preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Administering or prompting medication.
• Assisting with household tasks: laundry, bed making, tidying and light cleaning.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community.
• Assisting with shopping and everyday errands.
• Supporting individuals with specialist care needs where required.
• Promoting independence, dignity and person-centred care.
• Sometimes the most important part of your visit is simply being there to listen, provide reassurance, and brighten someone's day.

Available Shift Patterns

• Part-time Positions Available
• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 3:00pm – 10:00pm
• Alternate weekends required

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Health Care Assistant, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice.
