Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking Health Care Assistants to provide in-home support across Leicestershire. You will help clients maintain independence with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship in a friendly, professional team.

No prior care experience is required; full induction, ongoing training, PPE and DBS are provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to cover various areas.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients attend appointments and stay connected with the community
• Assisting with shopping and everyday errands

• Charnwood North (Loughborough, Shepshed and Kegworth)
• Charnwood South (Quorn, Barrow upon Soar, Mountsorrel, Birstall, Syston and Thurmaston)
• West Leicester (Braunstone, Markfield, Anstey, Ratby and Groby)
• Market Harborough

Available Shift Patterns

• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 3:00pm – 10:00pm

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Health Care Assistant, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice.

• Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
• Supporting individuals with mobility and the safe use of equipment
• Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks
