Care Sante London is recruiting and expanding its Care Worker team in Haringey. You will provide life-changing in-home care and support for vulnerable adults, with shifts in N15 and N17.

We offer full and part-time positions, mornings/evenings and weekends, paid induction, and ongoing training. No prior experience is required, but you must show compassion, be a strong communicator and problem solver, and be committed to high-quality, respectful care.

Qualificações

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Help service users with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with administering medication as directed.
• Perform domestic tasks: beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry.
• Prepare meals and drinks for service users.
• Assist with personal care including washing and toilet needs.

We are looking for care and support worker to join our already established teams in the local communities of Haringey in the areas below:

• N15
• N17

We have full and part time positions available for, Working shift patterns of:

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm
• Saturday and Sunday

You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Job Description:

• Helping service users overcome any mobility
• Support with administrating medication.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care

Requirements:

• Have a right to work within the UK
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
