Care Sante London is seeking Health Care Assistants to join established care teams in the local communities of North London. Roles are available full-time and part-time, with shifts from mornings to evenings and alternate weekends.

You will provide essential home-based care, supporting vulnerable adults to live independently at home. Benefits include paid holidays, pension, company mobile, paid induction, and progression opportunities.

Mansioni

• Help service users overcome mobility challenges.
• Support with administering medication.
• Perform domestic tasks like making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Assist with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Provide personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Assist with use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when needed.
