Job summary

The Wrekin Housing Group Limited is recruiting a Care and Support Worker for Beechwood, a ShireLiving service providing supported living for residents aged 55+. The role covers 37.5 hours per week in Newcastle-under-Lyme, and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with on-site support available around the clock.

Position: Care and Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,642.50 per annum

Beechwood is a ShireLiving service with 65 apartments offering people over the age of 55 a home for life where they can live independently within one of our apartments, with the additional reassurance that our team are on-site for 24 hours a day offering safety and security for all of our tenants who all have varying needs. Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Our team of Care and Support Workers also support our tenants with personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, socialisation, medication management and meal preparation.
