Sanctuary Supported Living in Leicester is seeking a Care and Support Assistant to help people with disabilities live independently. You will work as a key worker delivering personalised care, supporting daily routines, medication management, and community engagement in our learning disability service at 41 Ryder Road, Leicester LE3 6UJ.

Your role

• Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential

• Experience delivering personal care is helpful but not essential
• Kind, caring and compassionate nature
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
• Strong organisational skills
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
