McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious Llys Isan development in Llanishen, Cardiff.
Built in 2019, Llys Isan is a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 49 apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities and set within beautiful grounds. This is not traditional care, this is better!
Hourly rate: £12.39 per hour, plus earn up to an additional £1.30 for working evenings and weekends.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant you will provide the highest quality of individual care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. Duties will be varied and include supporting and encouraging our residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. You will help them to book appointments, arrange transport and where necessary, escort them on visits and assist with their shopping. Every day will be diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.
