Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology team. The role covers an 8-bed CCU, a 37-bed acute Cardiology Ward, Cardiac Elective Area and Cardiac Cath labs.

You will work across departments with full training and support provided, in a friendly, collaborative NHS environment. The Band 5 post is rotational across CCU, Kilverstone ward and Cath labs, with opportunities for extended study days and bespoke training days supported by the

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Cardiology focus.
• Band 5 level with rotation across CCU, ward and Cath labs.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for acute cardiology patients.
• Care for patients post MI and around procedures, heart failure and arrhythmias.
• Support in post-cardiac surgery care and during rotations across units.
