You will lead a growing office, manage key client relationships, and drive performance, service quality, and opportunity development.

Qualificações

• MRICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Building Surveying, Construction, or related field).
• Proven leadership with a track record of growing and managing a professional office.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Cardiff office, driving performance and market presence.
• Deliver a broad range of Building Surveying and project management services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Own business development, marketing, and resource planning.
• Drive service delivery quality and best practice across teams.
