Aspire People is recruiting fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work across Welsh-medium secondary schools and FE colleges in Cardiff and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Fluent Welsh (spoken and written)
• Experience with secondary-aged pupils and/or FE learners
• Confidence managing behaviour and learning independently
• Proactive, reliable and professional approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work across a variety of subjects
• Maintain a calm, focused and engaging learning environment
• Manage behaviour in line with procedures
• Support learners through the medium of Welsh
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
