Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a mid-level Construction Project Manager to drive multiple residential and commercial projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and keep stakeholders updated with clear, plain-language reports.

You will read technical drawings, manage site teams, and ensure health and safety compliance while resolving delays and clashes quickly. A calm head under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Residential and commercial project management experience.
• Ability to read NEC or JCT contracts.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication linking site teams, clients and leadership.
• Calm under pressure and able to resolve delays or design clashes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Running residential and commercial projects across Cardiff from planning through handover.
• Coordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to keep schedules.
• Managing budgets and cost reports, flagging variances early.
• Chairing site meetings and translating technical detail into updates for stakeholders.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance on all active sites.
• Resolving delays and design clashes on the spot.
