You'll bring substantial PM experience on main contractor schemes up to £10m, with a proactive, professional approach and strong client liaison skills to drive project success.

The Company

My clients are a very well-established blue chip main contractor operating from their regional offices in Cardiff. They work on projects with values up to £10's of millions in value covering new build, refurbishment, general construction, health care, education, commercial, heritage, conservation and residential sectors. Projects are typically located in South Wales and the South West of England

Due to their continued success in winning work by both tendering and via Framework agreements, with both new and existing clients they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their busy and vibrant team on a permanent basis, working predominantly in and around the Cardiff and South Wales area, with the first project being a £17m new build health centre just outside of Bristol.

Salary & Package

• Salary up to £85k per annum (based on experience)

The Candidate

As a Project Manager you will manage construction projects from pre-construction right through to client handover - the client comes first! You will have a good understanding of the processes to deliver projects with an eye on timely delivery, budget control, health and safety and client satisfaction. You must be able to get the best from the site team and be able to deal with problems in your stride.
