The shift pattern for this role is dayshifts from 8am to 4pm. Salary is pro rata for part-time hours.
The NHSGG& Clyde Cardiac Rehabilitation Service aims to deliver high-quality, person-centered rehabilitation to cardiac patients and their carers, referred from the acute division.
The service's responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various conditions in diverse environments, utilizing physical, behavioral, and cognitive modalities to restore function after surgery, illness, injury, or disease. Health promotion and self-management are also key aspects. The post requires specialist knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary care and education for cardiac patients. The post holder will manage a complex clinical caseload, working autonomously to provide tailored care packages and communicating effectively with primary and secondary care teams.
