The shift pattern for this post involves dayshifts from 8am to 4pm. Please note that the salary is pro rata for part-time hours.
The NHSGG& Clyde Cardiac Rehabilitation Service aims to deliver high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation to cardiac patients and their carers within the acute division. The service provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for diverse conditions in various environments, utilizing physical, behavioural, and cognitive modalities to restore function post-surgery, illness, injury, dysfunction, or disease. It also emphasizes health promotion and self-management. The post requires specialist knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary care and education for cardiac patients. The successful candidate will manage a complex clinical caseload, working autonomously to deliver specialist care packages to patients and families, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams from primary and secondary care.
