Responsibilities

• Undertake without immediate supervision, diagnostic cardiac physiology procedures e.g., ECGs, event monitors.
• Assist in the delivery of treatments for heart disease e.g. percutaneous coronary intervention, cardiac pacemakers.
• Provide training support to undergraduate and other junior staff programmes.
• Single-handed or as part of a team, undertake clinical procedures on neonates, children and adults.
• Actively participate in a range of clinical service areas e.g. Ambulatory Monitoring, ECG, Echocardiography, Exercise Testing, Cardiac Angiography, Theatre, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management
