Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments. The role focuses on training surgical teams, providing real-time technical and clinical assistance during procedures, and supporting physicians with device utilization.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Engineering to drive adoption and outcomes. Ideal candidates will have hands-on OR or EP lab exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Operating Room, EP Lab or Catheterization lab preferred, but not required.
• Presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for the surgeon and medical staff with modalities such as didactic and hands-on laboratory approaches.
• Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Make calls on surgeons and support staff as necessary to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical programs and trials.
• Work in a team environment with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Communication on a frequent basis, reporting on case notes and product and clinical feedback.
