Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, scientific, or customer-facing environment.
• Valid UK driver's license.
• Ability to travel extensively within the United Kingdom and Ireland, including overnight stays.
• Ability to participate in hospital-based clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month training programme focused on cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac mapping technologies, and clinical procedure support.
• Observe and support electrophysiology procedures within hospital catheterization laboratories under the guidance of experienced Technical Consultants and mentors.
• Complete product, clinical, compliance, and professional development training through instructor-led and virtual learning programmes.
• Develop knowledge of Affera mapping technology, cardiac ablation procedures, and electrophysiology workflows.
• Complete individual and team-based assignments, assessments, and development milestones within programme timelines.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, cardiac physiologists, and nursing teams.
• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures following successful completion of training requirements.
• Deliver product and procedural education to healthcare professionals and support customer needs within an assigned territory following programme completion.
