Job summary

Medtronic in the United Kingdom seeks an Affera Mapping Specialist to provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures, train physicians and clinical staff, and ensure safe use of Cardiac Ablation Solutions technologies across the territory.

You will work with physicians, hospital staff, sales and clinical teams, travel extensively within the assigned territory, and build strong relationships while serving as a technical resource for complex mapping and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with clinical, technical, or medical device experience.
• Clinical electrophysiology experience supporting electrophysiology procedures and workflows.
• Experience supporting three-dimensional cardiac mapping systems in a clinical environment.
• Experience supporting simple to semi-complex electrophysiology mapping procedures with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel extensively within Ireland and provide field-based customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures utilizing the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.
• Deliver product, procedural, and workflow training to physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Support the safe and effective use of Cardiac Ablation Solutions technologies through on-site case coverage and customer education.
• Provide technical expertise on three-dimensional mapping systems and support simple to semi-complex electrophysiology mapping procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to address customer needs and support technology adoption.
• Serve as a technical resource for customer engagements, territory activities, and clinical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate customer feedback, procedural insights, and market observations to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
